How to send feedback or complain to Borders Forest Trust

Our promise to you
- We will act with transparency and be honest about all the fundraising methods we use.
- We will treat your feedback or complaint very seriously.
- We aim to respond within ten working days.
- If we need to investigate anything further we will let you know we have received your correspondence and tell you how long it will take us to look into your enquiry.
If you are still dissatisfied
If you make a complaint about fundraising which we can not resolve for you, or you are dissatisfied with how we handle your complaint, you can appeal to Borders Forest Trust’s Trustees directly. Please call, write or email our main office and ask ‘For the attention of the Chair’ and your correspondence will be passed on immediately.
Third stage complaints
Should you not be satisfied with the way Borders Forest Trust has dealt with your concerns, you can make a complaint to the Scottish Fundraising Standards Panel. Visit www.goodfundraising.scot email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0808 164 2520.
