Planting Dwarf Birch at Tweedhope, 16th November 2019

We will be planting Dwarf Birch high up in the Tweedhope Valley at Corehead on 16th November and it would be great if you could join us. Dwarf or Mountain Birch, is a part of the montane scrub community and is considered to be under threat of extinction, and is therefore a very important part of our re-wilding and conservation plans at the Corehead site.

We will meet at Corehead barn at 9.30 for a days planting.  Please bring all weather clothing, boots, gloves, a packed lunch and something to drink.  If you are not already registered as a volunteer with us we will need your contact details and those of an emergency contact.
