Conservation volunteering is a great way to learn new skills, get exercise in the great outdoors and meet new people. Volunteers form a vital part of our team helping us to achieve our vision of large scale habitat restoration in Southern Scotland.
We have a variety of volunteer activities to get involved with:
Led by the lovely Lisa Brydon this runs every Thursday. The group meets in Galashiels at 10am and heads off in a minibus to different Community Woodlands around the borders to complete a variety of conservation and woodland management tasks.

This long established group, led by Andy Wilson, meets every Tuesday at 9.30 at Cariffran car park. For further information or to join the group please get in touch.
Corehead Farm Volunteers

Talla & Gameshope
A new group – which started in December 2017, led by Andy Wilson. It runs on the first Sunday of each month and gives the opportunity to contribute to this exciting project from its inception.
